The Wine Country Explorer Card offers you admission to many attractions. You can go to as many attractions as you like, once per day on your card. Some attractions are seasonal or have special instructions for redeeming your Wine Country Explorer Card.

Hours of Operation: Daily from 10:00am - 4:00pm.  (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas day and New Year's Day)

Please note:  The card is activated the first time you use it.  It is then valid for that day and the following day.

Discounts:

Wine Country Explorer Passes are not available for children. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase the card.

Payment:

Non refundable payment in advance by major credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Voucher:

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher Please print this voucher on your home / office printer. Please present E-Ticket voucher at the Napa Redemption Center.

Cancellation Policy:

Wine Country Explorer Pass â„¢ purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. All Wine Country Explorer Pass attractions are subject to availability. On occasion some museums, attractions, and tours are closed due to private functions without prior notice, outside of the control of Wine Country Explorer Pass â„¢ Smart Destinations. Wine Country Explorer Pass â„¢ Smart Destinations is not responsible for traffic conditions or weather that may affect a traveler’s use of the Wine Country Explorer Pass.

1: I bought the card and have printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up the Cards and discounts?

Bring your voucher to the redemption center (see address above)

2: How long does my Wine Country Explorer Pass last?

Your Wine Country Explorer Pass is valid for two consecutive days.

3: How does my Wine Country Explorer Pass get activated?

Your Wine Country Explorer Pass will become activated the first time you use it.

4: If I'm traveling with a friend, can we use the same card?

No, the Wine Country Explorer Pass is only valid for one person. If you would like to share your Wine Country Experience with a friend, you will each need to have your own Wine Country Explorer Pass.

5: Do children need to have a Wine Country Explorer Pass ?

Wine Country Explorer Passes are not available for children. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase the card.

6: What happens if I lose my Wine Country Explorer Pass ?

Unfortunately, an activated Wine Country Explorer Pass is like cash. It is non-refundable.

7: How many attractions can I visit in one day?

You may visit as many attractions as you like in one day, but you are limited to visiting each attraction only once per day.

8: Is it a ride or a guided tour?

No, the Wine Country Explorer Pass is more like a ticket to be used for an attraction/venue admission..
