Found Lisa and Yvonne very approachable and knowledgeable.
The first winery we visited the deli was good but the wine tasting was a disappointment even though we paid for 2 premium tastings ($20), very tiny amounts of wine in the glass for money we paid $10.00 each to the equal of half a wine glass (serving)Needless to say we did not purchase wine there. Andretties winery was good and staff knowledgeable, lovely grounds. I liked the first winery that we went to because we were able to read about all the wines and choose which ones we wanted to taste. The lunch voucher was a great idea!! This was an excellent tour. My very first time and I throughly enjoyed it. I thought the prices for the winery tasting were a bit high, but we paid any way. The boat ride was a great way to end the tour. We bypassed alcatraz and was able to get lots of pictures. I thought I was going to be able to get other great pictures, but the smog was too much. Our special treat was getting to meet Mario Andretti in person. Such a warm and pleasant man. Taking a shuttle van is an excellent idea. The wines chosen were good, we learned something at each one and had plenty of time to shop or walk around. Having lunch at the winery gourmet shop was superb!! Despite the rain most of the day Sophia made the trip so enjoyable. The tour bus driver and tour guide were excellent. We liked the shuttle transportation rather than a big bus.

This tour was our favorite part of our trip to San Francisco! Our tour guide was great and we enjoyed all of the wineries. This is the perfect way to go to several wineries even if they were not the exact ones I might have chosen on my own.It is so much easier to plop down in a seat and let someone else do the driving after several glasses of wine.

Our tour guide was was very knowledge and we learned lots about San Francisco and the surrounding areas that we didn't know.
He spent all day checking on his group and was always happy to answer questions.
Everything was explained very clearly and none of the group were ever confused as to where to go, or meet back at the bus.

Ryan our tour guide was great. He was professional and personable at the same time. Going to 3 wineries would have been more than enough- this would have given us more time at our lunch stop. Our tour guide "Kit" was really fun to spend the day with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the city of San Francisco and of NAPA valley. The winery's visited were all good choices with a good variety of tastings. Lunch at V-Sattui was excellent. This was a great way to tour Napa. Small group with a wonderful tour guide (Christina). She provided just the right amount of information and humor, while maintaining a professional and casual demeanor. She was friendly and helpful, it was like meeting up with a friend in their home city and having them show you around. We were not terribly impressed with Andretti Winery. The guy that did our tasting seemed to know very little about the wine, seemed very rushed and we did not feel that the wine selections were up to par. The other wineries were terrific. The picnic at V. Sattui was great and a very good way to have lunch on a tour such as this. Domaine Chandon provided a great tour and our guide was quite good at explaining the process in a concise and easy to understand way. The tour was what we expected of a quick tour of the wine area. Really enjoyed the bigger wineries and was surprised at the quality of the food at the place we had lunch. It was much better than expected. The bus was clean, although it sounded as though it had suspension problems. Our tour guide "Kim" was excellent, had lots of info and a great personality for the job. In fact her input raised the whole level of the tour. We had no problems from booking online in Australia to finishing the tour.
