TOUR WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY.OUR TOUR GUIDE WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAD SOME VERY RUDE PEOPLE WHO TRIED THEIR BEST TO UPSET EVERYONE, BUT THE TOUR GUIDE DID HIS BEST TO HANDLE THE SITUATION. HE REALLY NEEDS A GREAT THANK YOU FOR HANDLING THE SITUATION SO WELL.jacqueline s., United States, 06-2010
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We have only one complaint and that was the departure. We were given a pick-up time of 8:15 a.m.. It was past 9:00 when we were picked up. I understand some delay, but 45 minutes was a bit much. I feel that is much too long to be waiting in a lobby or outdoors. The tour was to get away by 9:00, but it didn't get away until much later. Our trip was simply wonderful. Our guide (DG) was prompt, courteous, flexible, funny, and insanely smart. He entertained us for almost an hour with information on the city, politics, history, geology, and random trivia. The drive down route 1 was breathtaking. Our time in Monterey was definitely amplified by the Aquarium visit, and we had a perfect day for frolicking on the beach in Carmel and driving through Pebble Beach. Excellent tour. Did not fully explain on website was 17 mile drive is, but it is well worth a visit seeing celebrities homes. Also, if going to Aquarium not long enough in Monterey to see everything and get something to eat. overall, however well worth the money and very interesting with lots to see. Tours departs at 9:00 AM from the SuperSightseeing Tours office in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. 2627 Taylor Street, San Francisco, CA 94133. Passengers should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.
Hotel Pickup:
On request basis at time of order. We pick up at hotels in the major tourist areas of San Francisco. Pick up from Airport and outlying areas is not available. San Francisco Hotel Pick up List Here

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards
Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation Policy:Â
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
